The day we visited the history museum, soldiers had been brought over for a group shot in front of the building, so, we were able to include the men in our photo collection. Roman had a wonderful time in the outside area where he was able to climb on military tanks.
Inside, we were "adopted" by a babuska who truly delighted in guiding us through the museum. She spoke English well, so the tour was very informative.
CHECK OUT THE B 52 RESTAURANT, LOCATED NEXT TO THE CENTRAL HOTEL FOR DECENT LUNCH OR DINNER. SLOW SERVICE, SOME STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH. AT NIGHT THE PLACE BECOMES A DISCO. IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE CENRAL, BE SURE TO ASK FOR A ROOM FARRRRRRRR AWAY FROM THE B-52!
